If you believe a delivered code is invalid or already used, contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery and provide clear evidence. We will investigate and, at our sole discretion, may issue a replacement.

Payments are processed manually via Telegram. After placing an order on the website you will be directed to contact us on Telegram to complete the payment. Orders are fulfilled only after payment is confirmed by our team. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion before fulfillment. Do not send payment to any address or account other than the one confirmed by our official Telegram channel.
